1 General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bajeebip and its users. Some key definitions used throughout:

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Residents of restricted regions may not use bajeebip. This applies even if an account is created using a VPN or proxy.
• Bajeebip employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly. If there's an issue, it will be resolved within 30 minutes.

5 Withdrawal Policy

7 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — except through the cash out feature.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the match begins. Live bets can be placed while the match is in progress.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, all selections must win to receive the full payout.
• If odds are found to contain an error, bajeebip reserves the right to settle bets at the corrected odds.
• Maximum bet limits per event vary depending on the market.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded, unless specific conditions apply.

8 Bet Cancellation & Refunds

A bet may be cancelled or a refund issued in the following situations:

• If the match is not completed within the scheduled time.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds, bajeebip reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Specific rules apply in cases of player substitution or venue changes.

The Cash Out feature lets you partially or fully settle a bet before the event ends. The cash out value depends on current market conditions and may be less than your potential full winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bajeebip believes betting is entertainment, not a problem. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account at any time.
• Activating a cooling-off period will suspend your ability to place bets for the specified duration.

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
